Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 April 2025
These terms govern your use of the Saang Web website and, where applicable, any services we provide. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. About us
Saang Web is a sole-trader business based in Folkestone, Kent, UK. We design websites and manage Google Business Profiles for local tradespeople and small businesses.
- Email: info@saangweb.com
- WhatsApp: Message us
2. Services
The specific scope of each project is agreed between us and the client before work begins. Unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing:
- We will design and build a website to the agreed specification
- We will optimise your Google Business Profile as described in our proposal
- We do not guarantee a specific number of phone calls, leads, enquiries, or search-engine rankings — results depend on many factors outside our control
3. Quotes and payment
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- We may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
4. Intellectual property
All website code, design files and creative work remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your business.
You retain ownership of any content, images or branding you supply to us.
5. Client responsibilities
To keep your project on track, you agree to:
- Provide any content, images, logos or access credentials we reasonably need in a timely manner
- Review drafts and provide feedback within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed
- Ensure any content you provide does not infringe any third-party rights
6. Revisions and changes
Our proposals include a stated number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Material changes to the project scope after work has started will be agreed in writing and may affect the price and timeline.
7. Cancellation
- Either party may cancel with written notice (email is sufficient)
- If you cancel after work has started, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of cancellation
- Any deposit already paid is non-refundable once work has begun
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit or business
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance, as hosting and third-party services are provided by independent suppliers
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Website use
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from this site without our permission
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors.
10. Third-party links
This website may link to external sites. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
